I play in a 6 piece band. Drums, bass, 3 guitars and organ. We are very loud. Louder than you're probably thinking. We also play in a somewhat small cynderblock room. I wear earplugs and sometimes a pair of headphones on top of that. It helps somewhat.

We were practicing 3 days a week for about 5 weeks. And at practice and home (when we weren't rehearsing), I was in almost constant discomfort. Headaches/jawaches/dizziness/tight sinus pressure.

We took a month break from rehearsing and the symptoms have almost completely gone away.

I went over to rehearse just the other day and after 15 minutes, I could feel the dizziness coming on again.

Is there any correlation between the loud music and my symptoms? or is this all in my head?
